Over 1,000 runners had a choice to compete in a half marathon, or 10K or 5K races. Afterward, there was the popular City of Weston 1-Mile Family Walk and the Commission Cup Challenge that featured Weston elementary school students and their families.<\/p>\n<p>The Rotary Club of Weston teamed up with the city of Weston and Joe DiMaggio Children\u2019s Hospital to put on the event to benefit charities and nonprofit groups like Reyna Group Homes, Women in Distress, Honor Flight, Children\u2019s Harbor, Habitat for Humanity, Special Compass and more.
