Meet Our Team Cody Land

Cody Land works as a Project Manager for EDGE Construction, where he leads multimillion-dollar projects across South Florida with precision and purpose. Whether he’s managing complex builds or pushing race chairs across a finish line, Cody brings the same steady dedication and heart to everything he does.

But his proudest work is at home. Cody is a devoted husband and proud father of two, Saylor and Parker, raising his children with the same values of empathy, kindness, and purpose that define his life and mission.

Cody is one of the hearts behind Special Compass, a mission-driven organization that empowers individuals with disabilities to experience the thrill of endurance events and much more. For over a year, Cody has actively participated in races and rides alongside differently abled athletes, including triathlons, 5K runs, and the Dolphins Cancer Challenge. He also volunteered at various events across South Florida, always showing up with heart and humility.

Cody lives a life rooted in faith, compassion, and service. Guided by a deep love for God and a genuine kindness toward others, he brings strength, humility, and purpose to every mile and every mission.
