Eric joins the Special Compass team with a vast array of legal, financial, and community service experience. Eric is retired Coast Guard officer who served in a myriad of positions (operations, finance, legal) over the course of an honorable 20-year career.
He is a graduate of the U.S. Coast Guard Academy (New London, CT) and holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the College of William and Mary (Williamsburg, VA) and Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Baltimore (Baltimore, MD).
Eric has previously served as a Director for the U.S. Coast Guard Academy Alumni Association and has been actively involved in community service as a youth soccer coach, through his local church (West Pines Community Church), and other local service opportunities. He currently works as the Chief Legal Officer (General Counsel) and Chief Compliance Officer for Dental Whale, LLC, a local South Florida company with operations across the country. Eric is an avid competitor and triathlete.
He is married to Tiffany Masson and together they are parents to Molly, Lyla and Nolan – all budding athletes and community servants.
