Transitioning from his previous role as Chief Financial Officer, Heath now focuses on enhancing internal productivity, managing capital allocation, and developing strategic initiatives to support the firm's expansion.

His leadership has been instrumental in implementing key programs such as the Business and Practice Development Training Program and the Kelley Kronenberg Akademy, which aim to elevate client service and professional development. Heath also played a crucial role in the development of the firm's state-of-the-art headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, underscoring the firm’s commitment to a strong corporate culture.
